The Journey
My path to Human-Centered Design wasn't a straight line — it was shaped by curiosity, collaboration, and a relentless drive to understand why things work (or don't) for the people who use them.
Over two decades, I've had the privilege of working with organizations of every size — from startups finding their footing to Fortune 500 companies rethinking their approach. Through it all, one thread has remained constant: the best outcomes happen when we start with people.
